'Precious Times' Magazine Now Available at Barnes & Noble

A magazine designed for ''contemporary Black Christian Women,'' is now available in select stores of Barnes & Noble

A magazine designed for “contemporary Black Christian Women,” is now available in select stores of Barnes & Noble, the retail bookstore chain announced on Monday.

Precious Times, a quarterly publication who’s current edition features LaTanya Richardson Jackson, actress and wife of esteemed actor Samuel L. Jackson, will be available at Barnes & Noble at its cover price of $4.95.

“Affiliation with the giant book seller expands Precious Times distribution and enhances our vision, passion and commitment to empower the voices of Black Christian Women worldwide as a means to widen the gates to the kingdom,” says Publisher Marilyn White.”

“To ensure success, we encourage and urgently request that Black Christian women and supporters of faith-based living purchase our magazine to demonstrate the interest and economic power of the faith-based community,” White adds.

Precious Times, which began in 2003, features scripture-based living tips, home décor, health guides, profiles of Christian personalities, celebrity interviews, news, and other features.

The magazine has had cover features with the likes of Pauletta Washington (wife of Oscar winner Denzel), Cookie Johnson (wife of Magic Johnson), evangelist Taffi Dollar, actress Victoria Rowell, and CCM artist Nicole C. Mullen.
