Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's Wedding Date Confirmed
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's wedding date has been officially confirmed.
It looks like there is nothing stopping Prince Harry's upcoming wedding to Meghan Markle as the Kengsinton Palace confirmed the fateful date to be on May 19, 2018. "His Royal Highness Prince Henry of Wales and Ms. Meghan Markle will marry on 19th May 2018," the palace tweeted. "Today's announcement follows earlier confirmation of the month of the wedding and its location at St George's Chapel, Windsor Castle," the announcement went on to say.
The 33-year-old royal had already chosen his older brother, Prince William, to be his best man, just like how the former did during his own wedding to Kate Middleton back in 2011. With this being said, Prince Harry's wedding day also happened to clash with another important event for Prince William. As it so happened, May 19 is also the day of the FA Cup final, and as president of the Football Association, the prince is supposed to attend the event and even present the trophy.

But May 19 being Prince Harry and Meghan's wedding, it's not a mystery as to which event the Duke of Cambridge will be attending.
It was only last month when news first broke out regarding Prince Harry and Meghan's engagement. Shortly after the announcement of their engagement, the couple immediately sat for an interview and revealed exactly when the proposal happened.
"It happened a few weeks ago, earlier this month, here at our cottage — just a standard typical night for us," Harry says.
"Just a cozy night, we were roasting a chicken. It was so sweet and natural and very romantic. He got on one knee," Meghan added.
It has been revealed that the royal family will be paying for the wedding which would include the music, the church service, the flowers and the reception. However, the security costs for the wedding will be coming from the pockets of the taxpayers.
Queen Elizabeth will be in attendance along with the rest of the royal family as well as Markle's parents.
