Punisher Targets Drivers: Bus Driver Rams Bad Drivers to Teach Them Lesson (VIDEO, PHOTO)

A man dubbed "The Punisher" is targeting drivers on Russia's roads, according to new reports out this week.

Alexei Volkov has picked up the nickname by taking a no mercy policy on bad drivers who anger him on the roads. Volkov is a bus driver and is used to getting cut off while driving on the Russian roads.

However, so often do bad drivers get up Volkov's nose that he has now taken an extreme approach to teaching them a lesson; "The Punisher" rams them with his bus without apology whenever an incident of terrible driving occurs.

Volkov has taken to the extreme measure to teach other bad drivers a lesson, and he even records each incident on his dashboard camera.

After each case of bad driving and subsequent collision he uploads footage from the video to his YouTube account for his followers to watch.

In a recent interview that appeared on the Red Hot Russia website, "The Punisher" claims that he has had in excess of 100 collisions now.

He also claims that dishing out lessons how he does is having a positive effect on Russia's roads: "The situation is gradually improving ... due to my educational work."

Volkov is also proud about his safety record, saying that none of his victims have ever been injured and he is simply teaching them a lesson, so they have nothing to complain about.

In the United States, the bus companies probably would clamp down on such behavior from their drivers, however, "The Punisher" has said, "If there is no fault of mine, the management doesn't care. The bus usually gets only minor damage. If the damage is more serious, they just wait for the insurance payments and then repair [it]."
