Rapper, Bow Wow Ordered to Be Arrested on Sight

Hip-hop star Bow Wow, has been ordered by Georgia judge to be arrested on sight in connection with a civil law suit that he has disregarded.

Bow wow owes a tour bus company $100,000 after failing to pay his bill, according to TMZ. The judge in the case said that Bow Wow had avoided the lawsuit for long enough and ordered him to be arrested until procedures, documents and information are presented.

The tour bus company that Bow Wow owes is in Tennessee and Bow Wow was ordered to pay them back in 2009. He has disregarded the ruling since he lives in Georgia.

The company decided to take the case to the state where the rapper lives to get a court to enforce the judgement. The tour bus company filed a motion to have Bow Wow held in contempt until he produces documents in Georgia regarding the lawsuit.

Bow Wow never produced the documents and is now a wanted man. He never paid the amount owed and has yet to be taken into custody. He has yet to respond to the lawsuit.

Bow Wow seems unfazed by reports that he is a wanted man, according to Contact Music.

Bow Wow, whose real name is Shad Moss, will be performing in France Tuesday, and is confident that the legal issues will not interfere with his tour performances.

He took to Twitter, Monday, to post a scene from one of his movies, which shows a picture of him sitting in a jail cell. The caption read, "Been here before...Haha."

He also boasted about a sold out show he had in Paris, France.

"All I know is I'm (sic) on a World Tour and I gotta sold out show in Paris, France [tomorrow]. All they (sic) doing is making my album gain momentum," Bow Wow tweeted.
