Real Housewives' Brandi Glanville Clarifies Remarks About Killing LeAnn Rimes

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville was forced to clarify a recent statement that she made about killing LeAnn Rimes after the singer had an affair with her ex-husband Eddie Cibrian.

"I remember walking up to soccer practice and there she was with my baby in her lap," Brandi told Australia's NW Magazine. "My blood was boiling, and I thought I was going to kill her. I really thought I was going to physically hurt her.

"But that was the first time I saw her that way ... she was sitting in my soccer chair, under my tent, she's got my kid on her lap and she's with my husband, and that was that little moment of total irrational fury," she added.

Glanville, who has two sons with Cibrian, Mason and Jake, immediately reacted on Twitter claiming that her comments were misconstrued.

"All the articles online are incorrect and I will now correct them. THE 1ST TIME I saw my THEN 2 n a half yr old Jake sit n LR's lap as I walked on the soccer field my blood was boil n & I wanted to hurt her!" Glanville tweeted.

"All it means is the first time u see ur baby in someone elses lap, TRUST me u will think all sorts of nutty thots. Clearly I didn't act on [sic] m," she added.

The controversy follows reports that Cibrian, a struggling actor, and Rimes, 29, blocked 39-year-old Glanville's recent plans to become a full time official housewife in the hit Bravo reality show, according to Radar Online.

"Bravo wanted [Brandi] to have her kids on the show in order to expand story lines. But LeAnn and Eddie wouldn't allow it," a source told Radar.

Glanville, who blasted the move as "hypocritical," will now simply remain a friend to the show's cast mates and make regular appearances.

"It's "incredibly hypocritical [for] Eddie to object to filming around my children, especially given how public he lives his life," Glanville said.

Meanwhile Rimes, who is a stepmother to Glanville's sons, spent Mother's day on Twitter thanking various followers for their Mother's day wishes.

"I don't think I could be shocked by anything LeAnn says or does anymore. When she has a child of her own, she'll understand how a lot of the things she says and does regarding my children can be construed as really inappropriate," Glanville previously told Life & Style magazine.

Rimes' career has significantly suffered since she admitted to having an affair with Cibrian while he was still married to Glanville, although she insists that she simply did not know any better at the time.

"I know I didn't do it the right way. I didn't have the tools to know how to do it the right way, how to let go the right way. I'd never been taught that," Rimes said on program "Backstory: LeAnn Rimes," which aired on the Great American Country channel.
