'Real Housewives' Brandi Glanville Reveals Gruesome Hand Burn (PHOTO)

Brandi Glanville stunned onlookers Thursday when she arrived to a Hollywood event wearing fingerless gloves.

The "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star arrived to the McDonalds Premium McWrap launch party at Paramount Studios wearing head to toe black leather which included a leather bag and fingerless leather gloves on both hands. Critics immediately questioned the ensemble which prompted Glanville to explain her fashion choice.

"(The) reason I wore gloves is my hands got burned, so I tried to match the outfit to them," Glanville tweeted alongside a gruesome photo of her hand injury.

The 40-year-old reality star's left hand and wrist was covered in bright red burns, causing swelling of the skin and severe discomfort. It is unclear whether the burns were the result of a cosmetic procedure or an accident.

In her new memoir, "Drinking and Tweeting," Glanville opens up about her plastic surgery procedures admitting that she has spent well over $20,000 on improving her outer appearance over the years.

"Botox has been a part of my life for 15 years," Glanville revealed adding that she also has extensive fillers, facials and chemical peels.

"Having grown up modeling, I'm very self-aware of my physical appearance. It's hard to grow older, especially in this town where everyone is perfect! They're all 20 years old and gorgeous and I'm now in same dating pool as them, yikes, it's really hard! This town makes you insecure," she explained.
