'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' News: Adrienne Maloof Returning, Dana Wilkey Indicted - Fraud Charges

It has been reported that former 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Dana Wilkey has been indicted on federal fraud charges.

According to Realitea, Wilkey was charged with six counts of wire fraud, aiding and abetting, and one count wire fraud conspiracy in connection to a fraudulent Blue Shield health insurance kickback scheme.

According to the Irish Times, Wilkey and two Blue Shield employees, Skylar and Lissa Phoenix, entered into a "fraudulent marketing contract" between Blue Shield and Adwil Agency, which "included the regular payment of undisclosed kickbacks from Dana to Skylar Phoenix, Lissa Phoenix, and Rodeo Pink, a shell corporation held by and for the benefit of Skylar Phoenix."

The indictment reveals that "between in or about February 2006 through at least February 2012, Dana Wilkey, through Adwil Agency accounts, paid directly to Lissa Phoenix and Rodeo Pink, approximately 87 checks totaling approximately $360,000 in illegal and undisclosed kickbacks."

Wilkey has been working as an event planner for entertainment agencies since she left the reality show.

In other news, Adrienne Maloof has confirmed to Us Weekly that she will be returning to the show in a series of cameo roles. Maloof said that the show's producers asked her to come back and she agreed to do so because "it made sense to maybe take this and come full circle from where I left off last time."

"I'm coming back, also, a bit wiser. I know what to expect now. There were some unfinished situations that I felt the need to kind of mend and come full circle," said Maloof.

The reality star also thinks that newcomer Lisa Rinna will be able to hold her own in the show.

"She's lovely…I think she knows what she's getting into. She has been around [the show] enough to kind of see what it is. She's very close to her family, she loves her children, so at least she's not going to take any nonsense."
