Selena Gomez Left Rehab Early; Justin Bieber Banned From Singer?

Selena Gomez reportedly left an Arizona rehab facility four-weeks early after voluntarily checking herself in last month.

The "Come and Get it" singer, 21, spent two weeks at Dawn at the Meadows after abruptly canceling her Australian tour in December. However, she reportedly failed to complete the full 6-week program. Sources claim Gomez left the facility early so that so she could attend the Sundance Film Festival and while she reportedly agreed to return to rehab after the event, she later refused to do so, according to TMZ.com.

While reports claim Gomez was treated for drug and alcohol abuse, representatives for the singer insist this is not true. Critics suspect the pop star may have been treated for exhaustion, but she is yet to publicly reveal the reason for her rehab stay.

"Selena voluntarily spent time at Meadows but not for substance abuse," her reps said in a statement obtained by RadarOnline.com.

The former Disney star was scheduled to perform in Asia and Australia after the New Year, but on Dec. 16, she announced that she was canceling her shows to spend time focusing on herself. Gomez kicked off her world tour in August, it was set to wrap up in Melbourne, Australia in February.

The singer had a difficult year in 2013 following her public split from Justin Bieber, 19, and fans continue to speculate whether the break up had anything to do with her seeking professional help. The pair split in May after three years of dating, but they reunited in early January, just days before Gomez checked into rehab.

Bieber, who has been mired in controversy for several months due to scandalous behavior and impending legal woes, has reportedly been banned from Gomez following her stint in rehab.

"Everyone between friends, family and handlers want Justin completely out of her life. They are making sure she is with someone at all times, like a sober friend so she doesn't go visit Justin," a source told HollywoodLife.com.

"She was left to herself when she went to go see him last time and that mistake will never happen again," the source said referencing their Jan. 2 reunion. "No one wants her to be near Justin whatsoever! They don't want him texted, talked to or seen. They want her to be better."
