Shania Twain Returns to Stage, Catsuit Wows Fans
Shania Twain kicked off her Las Vegas show on Monday, marking her first concert in eight years and leaving the sold-out crowd in awe.
The 47-year-old country music super star donned a skin-tight beaded black catsuit in addition to several other age-defying costumes during the performance, reported The Canadian Press.
"Thank you, thank you so much," Twain told the audience during the show. "You guys are going to get me all emotional, and then my eyelashes are going to fall off."

The "Man I Feel Like A Woman" star has a 2-year headline gig at Caesar's Palace entitled "Shania: Still The One."
Onstage, Twain was joined by horses, dancers, and even a motorcycle; prompting her legions of fans to give multiple standing ovations during the show.
The Canadian singer acknowledged her absence, saying, "It's been a long time since I've been up here… I realize what I've been missing," according to MTV News. "It took a long time to get back here, but there is nowhere but up from here!"
A 5-time Grammy Award-winner, Twain had been on vocal rehabilitation for years after contracting a condition known as dysphonia.
Meanwhile, Twain was struggling to recover her voice as she was coping with a sharp personal blow. In 2008, the singer divorced her husband of 15 years Robert John "Mutt" Lange after the producer left her for her best friend, Marie-Anne Thiebaud.
Twain later moved on though. Last year, the singer married her best friend's ex-husband, Frederic Thiebaud.
While cell phones and cameras are not permitted at the Caesar's Palace venue, Twain's performance made waves online in the hours following the show.
"Love her, glad she is back again and happy," wrote one Twitter user.
Piper added, "Shania Twain. A class act all the way. Glad she found light through such darkness."
Twain assured fans that she is doing everything in her power to safeguard her voice from damage these days.
"I am being very conscientious," the singer, known as The Queen of Country Pop, told Las Vegas Weekly. "I take a lot of steam showers, and Bette Midler has recommended some [throat] sprays. Everybody has given me their little tips, and I'm just being very careful. I take good care of myself."
