Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs New York Jets Live Stream: Watch Online NFL 2013 Football Week 1 (Start Time, TV Info)

Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs New York Jets takes place in Week 1 of the NFL 2013 regular season on Sunday, in one of the more intriguing match ups today. The game is scheduled to start at 1 p.m. ET and can be watched online through live stream (details below).

The Jets have seemingly still not entirely settled things in the quarterback slot. Mark Sanchez clearly outplayed Geno Smith through the preseason, but it appears that will not be enough to get Sanchez the start now that the business of the regular season is getting underway.

Ahead of the game the news is that Jets offensive coordinator Marty Mornhinweg wants the rookie to start in Week 1 despite Sanchez being fully fit and ready to play.

Neither Sanchez nor Smith have looked like players who will drastically turn around the Jets season, and so it appears the Jets are willing just to roll the dice with the rookie and see where they land.

The Jets had a disappointing season last year and will be hoping to address problems across the field and pose a serious challenge for the postseason this year.

Meanwhile, Tampa Bay will be hoping to improve in many areas themselves – none more important than their pass defense. Last season they posted the worst pass defense in the NFL, and they will be hoping that Darrelle Revis, along with Dashon Goldson and rookie cornerback Johnthan Banks can fix things up in that department.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs New York Jets will start at 1 p.m. ET from the MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford, N.J. The game can be watched on TV on Fox, or can be watched online through live stream by clicking here.
