"Teen Mom" star Farrah Abraham recently showed off the results of her facial surgeries and despite spending over $20,000 on plastic surgeries, the reality star insists that it was all worth it.

Abraham recently went under the knife again, just two years after getting a breast augmentation, to have rhinoplasty and a chin implant surgery performed, according to InTouch magazine.

"I finally feel gorgeous! I've hated my nose since I was 13. I don't have to hate anything on my face ever again. I feel gorgeous!" Abraham told InTouch.

The 21-year-old, who is rumored to earn anywhere between $60,000 to $65,000 per season according to Life & Style magazine, admittedly spent $16,000 on her facial surgeries. When combined with her $5,000 breast surgery, Abraham has spent approximately $21,000 on plastic surgery.

"I hate that my surgeries cost this much, but it was worth it. There was pain," Abraham said. While she insists that she "wasn't insecure" prior to going under the knife, "it was very worth it."

Fans of Abraham flocked to social networking site Twitter to discuss her new look and the surgery prompted mixed reactions.

"Farrah, why did you do that to your face? I hope you kept the receipt," Mia Simone tweeted.

"Farrah looks stunning! She definitely upgraded her look. Well done girl," Tess tweeted.

"Farrah Abraham from teen mom got her face done, and her new chin is AWFUL. Girl, what are you DOING?! If it ain't broke," Jillian Blackman tweeted.

Abraham, a single mother of one, has had a tough few years following the death of her ex-boyfriend Derek Underwood. She recently expressed all of her challenges in a song titled "Finally Getting up From Rock Bottom," which explores finding the strength to continue on with life after facing problems.

"I'm happy again, and this is my song for finding happiness," Abraham told In Touch Magazine. "After almost wanting to kill myself, I found meaning and happiness within."
