'The Young and the Restless' Spoilers for Week of August 4

Fans of the long-running show "The Young and the Restless" have been watching as Ian Ward and Nikki Newman's court case went on during the past few weeks.

After it was revealed that Paul was the father of Dylan, not Ian, Ian went on to sue Nikki for the emotional damage that she caused him during all the years they've been together by lying about Dylan's paternity. However, Nikki fiercely argued that she had no idea that Ian was unable to have children, and she really believed that Dylan was his son.

According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry's spoiler source, on Aug. 4, the judge will finally issue a verdict and Nikki will emerge victorious when Ian's lawsuit is dismissed.

The source said that while the judge sympathizes with Nikki, the fact that Ian raped Nikki when she was just a teen did not help his case at all. The judge felt that if anyone was suffering emotionally, it was Nikki and not Ian.

When the trial wraps up, though, Ian will warn Nikki that he has one more ace that he can play to win the game, as he has plans to continue tormenting her and her family.

Meanwhile, Billy will bring Stitch's secret to the hospital's attention, and Stitch will be required to go before the hospital board to see if he will lose his license.

"The Young and the Restless" fans will also have to stay tuned to see Mariah try to win over Nick by babysitting his daughter Faith and baking him a peach pie.

"The Young and the Restless" airs from Monday to Friday at 10 a.m. on CBS.
