'The Young and the Restless': Lily Repeats Mistake and Confides to Another Man About Marital Problems
Lily Ashby (Christel Khalil) makes a dangerous yet familiar move as she seeks comfort from another man in the middle of her marital problems with husband Cane Ashby (Daniel Goddard).
In the recent episode of "The Young and the Restless," fans witnessed how Lily and Cane's anniversary date turned into a disaster. After the bad night, Lily woke up without Cane by her side.
With all the trouble she is having due to her struggling marriage, waking up without her husband after a bad night sends her into a panicky state. However, the situation brings Lily close to making another mistake that might dent their marriage even further.

On the Thursday episode of "The Young and the Restless," fans will witness Lily getting closer to possibly making another big mistake. Instead of reaching out to her husband so they can take things one step at a time, Lily goes to his photographer friend Jordan Wilde (Darnell Kirkwood) to open up and release the burden of her struggling marriage.
Soap Hub points out that Lily and Jordan are not really close friends, which makes it even more questionable as to why she would go to him in times of distress. However, for some unexplained reasons, Lily already feels really comfortable with Jordan.
The spoiler report also noted that this is exactly the same situation that made her commit adultery the time she slept with Joe Clark (Scott Elrod). It can be recalled that in 2015, Lily was deeply upset after learning that Cane kept a lot of things from her, including the time her husband kissed another woman. After confronting Cane, a devastated Lily ran to her hotel room where Joe followed her and they eventually had sex.
Now, to further complicate things, Cane is already suspicious and jealous of Lily's close relationship with the photographer. He already talked to Lily about it but it looks like his wife has forgotten about their conversation. It is highly possible that things between Lily and Cane will turn even worse if he catches his wife confiding in Jordan.
