WWDC 2012 Date and Time of Keynote Speech, Details of What to Expect From Apple

Apple's WWDC 2012 in one of the most highly anticipated tech. events of the year, and with just days to go Apple fans are keen to get the latest information about what to expect at the landmark gathering. The World Wide Developers Conference begins Monday June 11 through June 15 at the Moscone Center, San Francisco.

One of the most eagerly awaited events of the gathering is the keynote speaker, and this will take place on Monday June 11. Annually the big keynote speaker has been one of the best features of the event and this year will not be any different, so it should not be missed. Apple CEO Tim Cook will be presenting the keynote presentation this year and it is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. San Francisco time June 11 (1 p.m. ET).

It is not unheard of for tech. addicts worldwide to stay up for the event; for example hoards of Apple fans in Sydney are known to stay up to hear the latest news from the event. This year fans from Sydney will have to be up at 3 a.m. to catch the latest news, while those in Tokyo will be up at 2 a.m.

There are expected to be some huge unveilings at the WWDC 2012. Among them, two of the most certain unveilings will be the iOS 6 and the Mac OS X Mountain Lion. These have long been touted to be featured at the event, and there is no reason to believe why they would be omitted now.

The Christian Post previously reported that Apple's WWDC 2012 could be an even bigger event than previously expected, as it is believed that Apple is preparing to unveil a mass upgrade of almost its entire Mac line of products.

According to a 9to5 Mac source the new MacBook Pro, which has long been touted to be released at the developer's conference, will only be one of Apple's special hardware unveilings. If the sources are correct then an amazing five Mac lines will be updated at the WWDC 2012.
