Little's fame has also turned him into the one of the newest memes. "Meming" has become a major trend as of late, with constantly rotating subjects; Tim Tebow-ing, planking, and Angelina Jolie-ing are amongst a few of the most popular memes, and now Zeddie Little. Internet users have taken to adding text to Little's photo, or placing his face on other pictures for a comical effect.

Little and King recently appeared on ABC news.

"It was a fluke to be honest," Little told ABC. "I was running and waving at a friend and I just turned around and was caught on the camera lens. The rest is history."

Despite his new mass appeal however, Little isn't taking any of it all too serious.

"I find the humor in all of it. I mean it's funny," Little said. "I feel honored to be a part of a joke that's in good spirits."

The photographer who captured Little admitted that he had only been taking pictures for about a year and a half. He caught Little's picture while trying to find other friends who were also running in the race.

Little has revealed that he has plans to continue running and trying to help out with charity events.
