In order for me to make decisions that I need to make I need as much input as I can get from people I trust who LOVE what they do.
I believe that more and more church leaders are going to begin to take radical steps of faith rather than trying to repair broken systems.
You think you are better than the people you are leading. You think you are smarter than the people you are leading.
I know some people do not agree with me…but I FIRMLY believe that church should not be a boring place because the Bible is NOT boring
Sexual temptation IS going to HIT you…there's nothing you can really do about it except deciding NOW to MAKE WAR and actually do what God commands of us
I have always found it interesting that I Corinthians 13 is sandwiched in between a chapter having to do with spiritual gifts and speaking in tongues.
Too many pastors/church leaders have what is commonly known as "The Messiah complex" … they feel like they are the only ones who can meet with people
Lately, it has been quite popular to question the future of the church! I am finally coming to the conclusion that the church is going to be fine if she will continue to focus on Jesus

"I Cannot…" - At the end of the day, I am a servant of the Most High God! AND…a servant can do EXACTLY what his master has commanded him to do
You've been doubting yourself, wondering why you do what you do but just remember that God has you in a humble place so that He can prosper you
Heard this guy named Jesus teach today, not very impressed. All He did was tell stories
I am realizing more and more that correct theology MUST drive my methodology
Some churches are struggling in regards to finances, yet many are not, even in the recession that our country has recently went through.
Too many people in the ministry work themselves into a frenzy, never take time to disconnect and refresh
They have leaders that lead! A desperation for God's power! The people in the church are owners, not merely "members."
"Too Many Churches Are Just Chasing Cool and Relevant." So what's the opposite, chasing uncool, boring, predictable and meaningless?
