A 1-year-old boy who fell out of a second-story window in China is alive today thanks to the quick thinking and good hands of his neighbors.
Euronews reports that during a heavy thunderstorm, the baby climbed onto a window in his second-story apartment in Guangdong Province, China, presumably looking for his mother. Neighbors noticed the boy and rushed over in hopes of preventing a tragedy.
With rain pelting their faces, two neighbors, Mr. Li and Mr. Hu, look up with outstretched arms as the baby teeters. When he falls, Mr. Li makes the miracle catch, somehow keeping the child from slipping out of his wet arms.
