Good People Go To Heaven
There is a basic belief in our society that good people go to heaven and bad people go to hell. The problem is we all sincerely believe we are basically good and God will greet us with open arms when we pass on in this life.
Our humanistic cultures teaches that man is basically good but the Bible paints a different picture. "All has sinned and are guilty before a holy and just God." (Romans 3:9-20)
We are not saved by our goodness but by the goodness of God. Good people do not go to heaven but those who are born again of the Spirit. (John 3:15)
Repent and believe the Gospel that Jesus Christ died and rose again for sinners like you and I.
