Kim Walker-Smith, the 35-year-old frontwoman for the Jesus Culture Band who also serves as the worship leader at Bethel Church in Redding, California, has been transparent about her battle with postpartum depression. Aside from natural supplements and time with God, Walker-Smith has expressed the importance of connecting with other mothers to make it through tough times.

"... Being around other moms who were like, 'Oh yeah, that's totally normal. You're going to have days where you doubt yourself. You're going to have days where you just don't even know what to do,'" the singer told The Christian Post. "That was really helpful."
