Alec Baldwin Rumors: Actor and Hilaria Thomas Expecting Baby?

Rumors are swirling around Alec Baldwin and Hilaria Thomas are expecting their first child. Baldwin has spoken about wanting to have more children and now a friend has said that he and his new wife are, in fact, pregnant.

"They are both so excited and Alec is so in love with her. She says she is so in love with Alec and he tells all her friends that she is the best thing that has ever happened to him," a friend told In Touch Weekly.

"Hilaria has not said much to anyone as far as how along she is. She is so healthy and a yoga freak, so everyone could tell right away something was different," the friend added.

Baldwin and Thomas began dating in 2011 and were married in June of last year in Baldwin's hometown of New York City. There is a considerable age difference between the two; Baldwin is 54, Thomas is 28, which caused some raised eyebrows in the media and public.

Thomas is actually closer to Baldwin's daughter's age. Daughter, Ireland, whose mother is Kim Basinger, is just 17 years old. Ireland and Baldwin have had a tumultuous relationship, after Baldwin famously left her a voicemail in which he called her a "rude, thoughtless little pig." Baldwin later apologized for his actions and the two now have a decent relationship.

Baldwin and Thomas exchanged vows in front of family and friends including Tina Fey, Mariska Hargitay, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Stephen Baldwin. Baldwin has only spoken positively about his relationship with Thomas and made a point to express how in love he is with her.

"I have a woman in my life, who's very important to me, my girlfriend," Baldwin told David Letterman in 2011. "On a spiritual level, I've known her forever, Dave."

"Our response to baby speculation over the past 18 months has remained the same – when/if Alec Baldwin and Hilaria Baldwin have news they want to share, they will share it. Until then, we have no comment," a representative told Radar Online.
