Amanda Bynes was to meet with Wyclef Jean on Monday, thanks to Chinga Chang Records' CEO Dan Herman, however it never materialized.

Jean expressed interest in doing a collaboration with Bynes for an album to brainstorm ideas.
"I think it would be perfect," said Herman to EOnline. "Linking the two of them will be something major."
"This album is going to shock the world," he adds. "She has such a great voice. Singers wish they could hit the notes that Amanda does," he continued.
Bynes can be heard singing in the movie "Hairspray," and according to Herman will be writing all of her own songs.
EOnline reports the actress is in the final stages of working out a tour and officially signing a record deal this week.
Bynes is still feuding with people on Twitter in the meantime.
Her latest is with "Modern Family" star Matt Prokop.
"If you're not hot I don't care about you," Bynes Tweeted on Saturday.
The 22-year old Prokop initiated this fight when he obviously grew sick of seeing the weird Tweets by Bynes.
"'If you're not hot I don't care about you…' look in a mirror… Stop getting work done. Save what's left," he replied to Bynes.
Bynes then attacked the actors girlfriend, Sarah Hyland.
"Your girlfriend has an ugly face like you."
Not taking too kindly to the comment, Prokop took a jab back.
"My girl is more successful than you ever will be… enjoy the long road downhill disgusting crack head… It's sad Amanda Bynes was a child actress who kids looked up to. Now she's just a lost soul in a plastic face. get help," he wrote.
"I like her ugly face! She isn't as pretty as me! You need to put up two comparable professional photos! She's not a model I am… also new pics because surgery helps me! I need more to make my nose smaller! I'll put our pics side by side to prove my point!" Bynes replied.
The actor threw in the towel and ended the short feud by saying his own backhanded compliment.
"Stop getting work. You were beautiful. Me and Sarah looked up to you. Now you are looking more like a pornstar."
