Reports note Faris and Barrett started going out together in early September. In the past week, the duo has also been spotted dining twice at Modo Mio in the Pacific Palisades. A source revealed that the rumored pair shared a bottle of red wine during their first outing in the restaurant.

During their second time at the restaurant, the onlooker described Faris and Barrett's date as "romantic" considering the way they looked at each other. Last month, they were also photographed at a Los Angeles carnival with Faris' son. They both sported hats, seemingly in an effort to go unnoticed.

Faris and Pratt announced their separation after eight years of marriage in August. They are parents to 5-year-old son, Jack.

Despite their split, Faris revealed to PEOPLE that she and Pratt are still friends. She also mentioned that they have nothing but love for each other. "We'll always have each other and be incredible friends," the "Mom" star said. "... We truly adore each other, and we love each other, I think it still comes through," she went on to say.

Faris is currently busy with the promotion of her new book "Unqualified," which includes details about how she and Pratt fell in love while filming "Take Me Home Tonight," their romantic Bali wedding and Jack's birth. The new book will officially hit the shelves on Oct. 24.
