'Arrow' Season 3 Spoilers: Executive Producer Teases the Diggle Wedding Event

The quest to protect Starling City continues in the third season of the hit crime fighting TV drama series "Arrow" but recent spoiler reports indicated that this week's episode might take a break from exhilarating and suspenseful fight scenes.

A promo artwork for the upcoming segment titled "Suicidal Tendencies" came out online this week. The image, which was tweeted by executive producer Marc Guggenheim, shows John Diggle (David Ramsey) and Lyla Michaels (guest star Audrey Marie Anderson) in what seems like a wedding invitation for all the avid viewers of the series.

Speaking with Entertainment Tonight, Ramsey revealed some details about the wedding. As expected, the billionaire/vigilante Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) will be his best man. Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards) on the other hand, will be the one to catch the bouquet.

However, while the two are all too happy celebrating the tying-of-the-knot event, a synopsis posted on The Futon Critic indicates that the party might be interrupted soon enough as the Suicide Squad gets back into action.

"Deadshot (guest star Michael Rowe) interrupts their honeymoon and tells them the Suicide Squad has been given a new mission - rescue United States Senator Joseph Cray (guest star Steven Culp) from a hostage situation in the Republic of Kasnia," the summary reads.

"Amanda Waller (guest star Cynthia Addai-Robinson) breaks down the mission and introduces them to the newest member of the Suicide Squad, Cupid (guest star Amy Gumenick). Meanwhile, Oliver (Stephen Amell) learns about Ray's new Atom costume and the two have a heated stand-off. Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) and Ray hit a rough patch," TFC added.

Catch the Diggle-Michaels nuptial and learn more of the Suicide Squad plan when "Arrow" Season 3 airs this Wednesday, March 25 at 8 p.m. on The CW.
