Ashton Kutcher Reveals True Name at Teen Choice Awards

Ashton Kutcher revealed his true name during an acceptance speech at the Teen Choice Awards last night. Kutcher stated that Ashton was actually his middle name and finally told the world what his legal name actually is.

"In Hollywood, there's a lot of insider secrets to keeping your career going and I feel like a fraud. My name, in fact, is not even Ashton. Ashton is my middle name. My first name's Chris and it always has been. It got changed when I was about 19 and became an actor," Kutcher revealed.

"There are some really amazing things I learned when I was Chris and I wanted to share those things with you guys because I think it's helped me be here today. So it's really about three things: the first thing is about opportunity; the second thing is about being sexy; the third thing is about living life," the actor continued.

Kutcher then gave his best advice for each of those three topics and spoke from the heart about living life to the fullest and always working hard. He also encouraged the younger audience to get a solid education and go after their dreams.

The 35-year-old actor was awarded the Ultimate Choice Award, which he jokingly called the "old guy award… the grandpa award." However, in 2012, Kristin Stewart took home the Ultimate Choice Award along with co-stars Taylor Lautner and Robert Pattinson. It's meant to be the best-of-the-best for teen viewers aged 13 through 19, who vote on award winners.

Kutcher became famous for his role on "That '70s Show" and then moved on to write, produce, and host the MTV series "Punk'd." However, Kutcher has not limited himself to the small screen and has taken on roles in "Dude, Where's My Car?" and "The Butterfly Effect." He recently staged a small-screen comeback by replacing Charlie Sheen on "Two and a Half Men."

He was famously married to Demi Moore, but after seven years, the couple filed for divorce. Kutcher now dates actress Mila Kunis.
