Asus R510 Gaming Laptop Launched in India, Features 15.6-Inch Display, Intel Core i7 Processor
Asus is proud to introduce to the world of gamers their new entry-level gaming laptop dubbed as the R510. According to The Indian Express, the Taiwanese electronics company has officially launched the laptop in India with a price tag of Rs 69,990.
Interested consumers can expect to find the laptop with a 15.6-inch full HD display with antiglare and a 1920x1080 pixels resolution. Design-wise, the laptop is covered with black and red themed glossy plastic top case.
Tech Radar detailed that it also comes with a large touchpad with intuitive multi-point Smart Gesture input. Aside from this, users can also use the device's reinforced one-piece chiclet keyboard to enter in data. The device also has IceCool technology. The company has also added into the computer its signature ASUS SonicMaster and AudioWizard that is powered by Icepower Technology that helps improve the audio experience.

It is pre-loaded with Windows 10 OS and is equipped with Intel Core i7-4720HQ quad-core processor clocked at 2.6GHz and has a turbo frequency reaching the amount of 3.6GHz. The processor comes with 4 GB of RAM which is upgradable and 1TB of SATA hard disk memory.
It also has a NVidia GTX 950M graphics solution which is inspired by NVidia's latest Maxwell architecture, according to India Today in Tech. Aside from the Intel HD 4400 graphics, the laptop features NVidia Battery Boost, NVidia Optimus Technology, NVidia GPU Boost 2.0 along with GeForce Experience and GameStream, which are all components to enhancing the gaming experience.
The company claims that the gaming laptop R510 has the capability to accommodate high end games. It will give a superior level of graphics without any glitches or setbacks. Its connectivity options include one USB 2.0 port along with two USB 3.0 ports, LAN jack, VGA port, HDMI port and Headphone-Audio combo jack.
"Gaming is on the rise among the Indian consumers and with R510, even the entry level gaming enthusiasts will get an opportunity to test their skills on the high end games," said Peter Chang, regional head of South Asia and managing director for Asus India.
