Asus Finland recently confirmed that the Transformer Pad TF300 will receive the Android 4.1, JellyBean update this week.

It will be issued over the air and will bring some new features and bug fixes to the device.

JellyBean gives the tablet an app backup AP upgrade, adds an app guide feature, email AP upgrade, adds a threading feature, adds a partial download feature, and adds rush hour settings.

The Weather Widget will also receive an update allowing it to display a 4-day weather forecast.

The upcoming JellyBean update for the Samsung Galaxy S3 will still be supported by Flash.

Adobe previously announced that the software would not be supported. However, now it seems that when JellyBean comes to the smartphone, it will still be able to run Flash, according to a recent statement made by a Samsung and Adobe official.

Samsung will also be rolling out the Android 4.1 JellyBean update for the I9100 model of the Galaxy S2 smartphone sometime in the fall of this year.

YouMobile.org also reported that the company already has the update on KIES Test-Mode and that Samsung developers are currently tweaking it with TouchWiz UI to make it run smoothly on the device.

A high quality JellyBean ROM was released this month for the Verizon variant of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus. The ROM runs extremely smooth and is close to what the actual official update will be like, according to YouMobile.org.
