'Avengers: Infinity War' Plot Rumors, News: Vision Could Be the Link for Possible 'Avengers' and 'Guardians of the Galaxy' Crossover

Vision, played by Paul Bettany, is rumored to be the most likely link for a possible "Avengers" and "Guardians of the Galaxy" crossover to happen in the next "Avengers" film.

Like all other upcoming Marvel movies, there is a lack of concrete details about "Avengers: Infinity War," and it is amazing how the studio has kept every spoiler tight on its leash. However, despite the lack of major spoilers leaked, fans are unstoppable in coming up with their own version of what's most likely to happen in the next "Avengers" installment. And Vision making the "Avengers" and "Guardians of the Galaxy" crossover possible is the latest among the rumors.

Paul Bettany will be quite busy filming in the next few years, if the rumors are true. According to Yibada, his character is rumored to appear on "Thor: Ragnarok" and "Guardians of the Galaxy 2," after his appearance in "Captain America: Civil War." Vision is said to play a huge role in connecting the "Avengers" and the "Guardians" since the central theme of the two-part "Avengers" movie is rumored to revolve around the completion of the Infinity Stones, and Vision is powered by the Mind stone.

Thanos (Josh Brolin) is now said to be collecting the six Infinity stones, and everyone in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, especially the "Avengers," wanted to defeat him. According to Movie Pilot, since Thanos is related to Gamora, one of the "Guardians" and is also Thanos' adoptive daughter, the Earth-based superheroes might tap the help of the galaxy defenders to have more power in their arsenal to defeat the ultimate villain.

Movie News Guide also said that if Marvel will "blindly" follow the comic book story line, it is more important to have the two teams work together, and give Drax (Batista) what he wanted by killing Thanos.

All of these are still fan speculations that are floating in the Internet, and fans can't wait to see the official release of the movie's plot. "Avengers: Infinity War – Part 1" is expected to release on May 4, 2018.
