'Bachelor' Wedding: Sean Lowe, Catherine Giudici Cry While Exchanging Vows (WATCH)

"Bachelor" stars Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici exchanged "I dos" in a televised wedding on the ABC network on Sunday, more than one year after they got engaged.

The season 17 couple were filled with emotion on their big day as friends and family gathered in Santa Barbara, Calif., to witness their nuptials. Both Lowe, 30, and Giudici, 27, shed tears throughout the ceremony as they exchanged vows in a televised wedding.

"[It's] been an epic fairy-tale, on display for all the world to see... I am so proud of you, son," Lowe's father Jay who officiated the wedding said. "And Catherine, I just want you to know that Sherry and I are head over heels in love with you, girl."

Giudici, who is a graphic designer, appeared radiant dressed in a strapless, white Monique Lhuillier gown which featured delicate lace and detailed beading. The bride wore and updo and a traditional veil.

"I don't want the dress to be just beautiful - I want to blow his mind," Giudici said prior to the wedding.

Lowe, who was seen wiping away tears as Giudici made her way down the aisle, opted for a traditional black and white tux.

The event, which took place at the Four Seasons resort The Biltmore, was reportedly organized by celebrity wedding planner Mindy Weiss and paid for by the ABC network. The network reportedly paid the couple a six-figure sum to wed on TV in addition to covering their wedding costs, according to E! News.

"Before I met you, before I even knew you existed, I knew you were coming. I was ready to give my whole heart to someone, and now here you are," a teary-eyed Giudici said in her vows.

"You're my dream and my reality, my future and my present, my whole heart and my best friend...I thank God for bringing you to me … I can't wait to shine together and make everybody completely blind," she said drawing laughter from the crowd.

The couple, who vowed to abstain from sex until their wedding day, opted for a "grown and sexy" theme. Guests included "Bachelor" alumni Ryan and Trista Sutter, and Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum among others.

"From the moment I met you, I wanted more. I wanted more of your infectious smile, I wanted more of your adorable giggle, and I wanted more of your love," an emotional Lowe said while reciting his own vows.

"Every day, I am encouraged by your love, and as your husband, I promise to always put you first," he continued. "I promise to be the best father I can be to our children, and I promise to always make you laugh with my silly faces and ridiculous voices...I love you, and I'm going to love you for eternity."
