'Banshee' Season 3 Cast News, Spoilers: Ivana Milicevic Talks About Her Character, Chayton Set to 'Unleash a Whole New Kind of Hell'
One of this year's most anticipated shows to return on TV is Cinemax's hit action drama series "Banshee." Now ready to kick off the premiere for its 10-episode Season 3, fans are already hankering for more details. Here's what we heard so far.
Ivana Milicevic revealed the details about her character and the show's promise of an explosive viewing experience.
"With a show like ours, which is so heightened, you really have to ground the characters even more (than usual) to be able to pull off the insanity. Otherwise, it would just be a complete cartoon," Milicevic told The Bryan Times.

Speaking about her character Carrie, Milicevic also talks about what really drives her.
"Obviously it's pulpy and noir-ish to start with, but for me it was easy to ground her because any character who is after love- and that's what really drives Carrie, love of her family and her old lover- is easy for me to understand," the actress went on to say.
More cast news indicated that the third season will be much more "complicated."
Talking with GamerHub TV, episode writer Jonathan Tropper revealed the consequences of Lucas (Antony Starr) and Carrie going in separate ways.
"Lucas and Carrie have gone their separate ways," Tropper said. "They're dealing with the fallout of the decisions they've made."
Moreover, Tropper also mentioned that a character is on his way to back to town and this won't be good news for the protagonists.
"[Chayton's] going to unleash a whole new kind of hell on the streets of Banshee, and with him coming back, you have Lucas and Proctor on separate paths both trying to figure out if they still have to be the men they are if they can evolve into something else," Tropper continued. "And of course, the sad answer is on our show you're going to have to be who you are and a lot of people are going to die while figuring that out."
"Banshee" Season 3 Episode 1 Titled "The Fire Trials" airs this Friday, Jan. 9, at 10 p.m. on Cinemax.
