In team news, Celtic winger James Forrest misses the trip to Barcelona through injury, along with Beram Kayal and Tom Rogic.

Meanwhile, Celtic captain Scott Brown is back from a three-game European ban.

In other good news for the Scottish champions, striker Georgios Samaras and midfielder Nir Biton have recovered from illness.

For the Spanish team, Barcelona are without forward Lionel Messi, goalkeeper Victor Valdes and midfielder Cesc Fabregas.

In addition, Brazil full-back Dani Alves is suspended.

Celtic assistant manager Johan Mjallby has said, "The target is to finish the campaign on a good note. It's a chance for players to prove themselves against one of the best teams in the world and take on board even more experience at this level. We need to be brave on the ball and try to keep it so we can have a wee bit of a rest, otherwise we are just going to be chasing them for 90 minutes."
