'Bates Motel' Season 3 News, Spoilers: Is Bradley Back in Town for Real?

The last episode of the hit psychological horror TV drama series "Bates Motel" Season 3 saw Norman (Freddie Highmore) having visions like his mother getting intimate with him, his dead dog Juno, and then there's Bradley (Nicola Peltz). Is she back in White Pine Bay for good or was it just one of Norman's hallucinations?

Bradley, the town's so-called problem child, is a troubled teenager with a suicidal tendency and to whom Norman is so crazy about. Back in Season 2 she killed Gil (Vincent Gale) whom she believed to be responsible for the death of his father. She ran away and the townsfolk were led to believe that she took her own life.

TV Guide said that she may be back for real as what the synopsis for the upcoming episode titled "Crazy" suggests. It is said that Norma (Vera Farmiga) will be "spending the day with a surprise visitor."

Executive producer Kerry Ehrin teased some developments on Bradley's backstory which will be explored in the current season.

"We get to see what Bradley has been through since we last saw her, which was pretty daunting and she's kind of on a journey of her own on returning to White Pine Bay," the showrunner said in an interview.

Cco-creator Carlton Cuse has an explanation about Norman's hallucinations.

It is indicated that followers of the "Psycho"-inspired show should be expecting more of Norman's hallucinations coupled with dreams as they intend to keep the audience wondering and grasping for details about the inner workings of Norman's head.

"We want the audience to be inside Norman's head at the appropriate times. I think we worked really hard over three season of the show to make the audience sympathize with Norman Bates," Cuse told Zap2It.

"Bates Motel" Season 3 airs Monday at 9 p.m. on A&E.
