Bethenny Frankel and her husband Jason Hoppy are reportedly headed for a divorce just six months after her estranged mother Bernadette Birk predicted that the marriage would not last.

The couple, who has been married for one year, have publicized the strains of their marriage in the hit Bravo reality TV show "Bethenny Ever After" and are now reportedly no longer committed to resolving their differences, according to Star Magazine.

"They are going to get a divorce … it's imminent," a source told Star, adding that they individually met with divorce lawyers recently.

Birk, who has only spoken to her daughter twice in the last 10 years due to on-going feuds, had previously badmouthed Frankel and her marriage to Hoppy and new reports suggest that there may have been truth to her unfavorable remarks.

Frankel and her Skinnygirl business partner Matt Hesse have reportedly become more than friends and the pair raised eyebrows during a recent dinner at Philippe Chow's Philippe restaurant in New York City.

"They walked through the restaurant with his chest pressed up against her back, and she leaned back and he whispered in her ear. Then, they went up the stairs to a private dining area together, literally with their arms wrapped around each other," an onlooker revealed.

While Hesse has reportedly denied having an affair with 41-year-old Frankel, Hoppy suspects that something is going on.

"Jason has said that when he is ready to officially file for divorce, he is ready to call Bethenny out on her infidelity and name Matt in the papers," the source said.

Birk argues that Frankel puts money before friends and family and consequently ruins all of her relationships.

"It's all karma," Birk said, adding "this was dead in the water even before it began."

"[Hoppy's] problem is he's too nice, and she'll grab another nice one. He is replaceable. Nice is boring, and Bethenny gets bored with nice," Bernadette said, adding Bethenny "doesn't have any respect for marriage."

Frankel recently opened up about the strains in her marriage including how the couple suffered a miscarriage with what would have been their second baby.

"We were pregnant with a second baby and at eight weeks, I miscarried. That was a very emotional experience," Frankel revealed on The Today Show.
