Bethenny Frankel Spotted on Beach With Daughter

Bethenny Frankel has stirred rumors about her marriage after she was photographed on the beach in Miami with her daughter Bryn over the weekend.

The 42-year-old appeared relaxed wearing a flowing tunic and large sunglasses while she carried her 2-year-old across the sand. Later, Frankel reclined in a poll-side lounge chair with a hat while Bryn played in the water.

Meanwhile, Frankel's husband, Jason Hoppy, was nowhere to be seen. His absence sparked long-standing rumors that Frankel's marriage is having problems.

Over the summer, the former "Real Housewives of New York" star addressed the gossip and insisted that she and her husband were not facing divorce, but that they remain "committed."

"No I have not seen a divorce lawyer, my husband hasn't seen a divorce lawyer," started the "Bethenny" talk show host during the premiere episode. "Basically the press has said that Jason saw a divorce lawyer and I saw a divorce lawyer and like there's this whole big thing going on and the truth is I put it all out there on my show- if it's out there I'll tell you."

Frankel has also starred in Bravo's "Bethenny Ever After," a reality series that followed her marriage to Hoppy and her pregnancy.

"I'm in a good marriage, we have issues, we are not perfect … We work on it everyday, we're committed," Frankel concluded.

Hoppy, a pharmaceutical sales representative and real estate broker, was seen among the audience applauding Frankel has she clarified the rumors.

Frankel, a natural foods chef and founder of Skinnygirl Cocktails, stepped away from "Bethenny Ever After" last year.

"She feels that ending the show on a high note and ending it after this season would be best for her family," an insider told Us Weekly of Frankel's decision. "She doesn't want her daughter to grow up on TV."
