'Blue Bloods' Season 5 Spoilers, News: Frank and Danny on the Trail to Catch the 'Most Wanted'

On the next episode of the hit police-procedural drama series from CBS, "Blue Bloods" Season 5, Frank (Tom Selleck) and Danny Reagan (Donnie Wahlberg) are up for some high-profile case chase.

Directed by Ralph Hemecker and story written by Bryan Goluboff, a short synopsis was posted in The Futon Critic.

"Frank and Danny are determined to put away an international felon who repeatedly manages to walk away from murder charges, but they struggle to come up with the necessary evidence to earn a conviction. Meanwhile, Erin debates going into private practice when she looks into college costs for Nicky, and Danny butts heads with his new boss," the synopsis reads.

CarterMatt reported that in this upcoming episode, ABC's "Lost" alum Rebecca Mader will appear as guest star.

Mader played the role of Charlotte in the said TV series and Zelena the Wicked Witch in "Once Upon a Time." Her guest starring role will have an essential part in this Friday's showing.

"Not only are that, but Frank and Danny going to have a potentially crazy case to go along with it," the website went on to say.

"Blue Bloods" Season 5 will also feature the acts of regular cast members Bridget Moynahan playing the character of Erin Reagan, Will Estes as Jamie Reagan, Marisa Ramirez as Det. Maria Baez, and Amy Carlson as Linda, among others.

Episode 6 entitled, "Most Wanted" airs this coming Friday, Oct. 31, at 10 p.m. on CBS.
