"She's skin and bones now. She has been losing weight, she's been losing hair. They were taking good care of her, but she has no muscle tone at all. There has been some worry that her organs are shutting down," the source said.

Bedelia C. Hargrove, the court-appointed conservator for Bobbi, is suing her boyfriend Nick Gordon for abuse and theft.

Hargrove claimed that Gordon has allegedly "assaulted Brown and transferred funds to himself from her bank account without her permission."

"The misrepresentation that Defendant was Brown's 'husband' was used to control Brown and limit with whom she could interact," the complaint submitted in Fulton County, Georgia, on Wednesday, reads. "For example, Defendant often answered Brown's personal cell phone, would not allow her to make appointments without his approval, and manipulated her bank relationship so that he could access her money. This was all part of a scheme to benefit from her wealth."

The charges seek damages "in the amount of at least $10 million."

Bobbi Kristina was found lying unconscious in a bathtub at her home in Georgia earlier this year. Gordon claims to have administered immediate CPR while waiting for the paramedics to arrive.

Prior to the hospice care transfer, the 22-year-old was admitted at the DeKalb Medical Rehabilitation facility.
