Bobbi Kristina Brown, 19-year-old daughter of late singer Whitney Houston, reportedly quit her job as an actress on Tyler Perry's new TV show, "For Better or Worse."

Houston's daughter is reportedly still coping with the death of her mother, and only filmed a few episodes before quitting a few weeks ago, RadarOnline.com sources said.

"Bobbi Kristina had a private breakdown and barely anyone saw it," an unidentified source said. "She was crying and said she needed a minute, she needed a break to get herself together. But then she decided she couldn't handle doing the show right now. She's still mourning her mom."

Although Perry gave Brown the option to take a little bit of time off and come back to the show, they were reportedly forced to do rewrites to explain the absence of her character when she didn't return weeks later.

"He understands. He's upset and worried about her," the source reportedly told RadarOnline.com. "But now he's had to do a lot of restructuring work on the show."

While reports surfaced that Houston's daughter will reportedly lose out on earning $30,000 an episode by working on Perry's show, the director, producer and actor denied that any of the claims were true.

"NOT TRUE AT ALL PEOPLE," Perry exclaimed in a statement on his website. "There is no way that she could have walked off the set because we have finished taping the season."

While Perry has been working to clear up the controversy surrounding his show and Brown, the teen actress also has recently made headlines for gambling underage in Las Vegas. The daughter of Houston and singer Bobbi Brown was videotaped allegedly using a slot machine in footage that was leaked to TMZ earlier this month.

In Nevada, gamblers who are not at least 21 years old may be subject to six months in county jail or a $1,000 fine, while the casino is also punished. However, there was no confirmation about whether the 19-year-old made any profit from her alleged gambling.

A reality television show will reportedly showcase the trials and tribulations that Brown and her family faced when dealing with the death of Houston, who passed away in February. The show is scheduled to air on the Lifetime network later this year.
