"You are the personal assistant to your uber famous sister here," Daly explained.

"It's her time to shine," Kaley added. "She's deserved this her whole life."

Fans of the reality singing competition will have to wait until "The Voice" premieres this Wednesday to see the results, but Cuoco is slated to perform in front of coaches Adam Levine, CeeLo Green, Blake Shelton and Christina Aguilera during the episode.

"Ok just to be CLEAR as GLASS- I never said I'm gonna be ON it," Briana posted to Twitter on Friday. "I said I AUDITIONED for it- you have to TUNE IN to see how I did : ) #sept23"

Cuoco is already gaining support from Hollywood, including her sister's "Big Bang" co-stars such as Mayim Bialik.

"She has a beautiful voice," the actress told Access Hollywood. "She is phenomenal. She's very, very talented."

Meanwhile, Aguilera recently cleared up another topic surrounding "The Voice" – her relationship with fellow mentor Levine. In their mission to coach the leading contestant on the reality series, Aguilera and Levine's turbulent relationship has seen many arguments on-air.

"We're both very passionate, but it isn't personal with Adam," she told Fox News. "We're just very strong personalities."

Aguilera also noted her newfound outlook on life and credited charity work for her positive attitude. The "Beautiful" singer just returned to "The Voice" after a hiatus during which she and her son Max spent in Rwanda working with the United Nations.

"The time off made me see more than ever that [the competition] isn't about it," she said. "It's about the contestants."
