Caitlyn Jenner News: Reality TV Star Reveals She Used Trump Tower's Ladies Bathroom During TIME's 100 Gala

Following Donald Trump's declaration last week that transgender people should be allowed to use the restroom of their choosing, Caitlyn Jenner revealed during TIME's 100 Gala that she was indeed able to use a ladies bathroom at the Trump Tower.

According to People, the reality TV star said during her speech in New York City, "Last week Donald Trump said I could use any bathroom I wanted in the Trump Tower. So of course I veered right in there - took care of myself."

The TIME's 100 honoree added that there should be no worries about her use of the ladies bathroom since she obeyed all the rules. "I promise you, I didn't throw any feminine products down the toilet. And it actually worked out quite well. It was very good," she said.

Aside from making a speech that addressed one of the issues being fought for by the transgender community, Jenner already made a statement when she arrived at the red carpet. According to The Daily Mail, the "I Am Cait" star opted for an off-shoulder black gown and a black-and-white polka dotted purse.

To complete her look, she had her hair in curls and put on black patent heels that only added more grace to her strut. Trump and his wife, Melania, were present during the event and the couple flashed big smiles at cameras as they listened to Jenner's speech that honored people who, like her, are "trying to make a difference in the world."

Last year, Jenner debuted on Vanity Fair's cover and revealed a lot of things that the world may not have known before. She said she has had facial hair removed and his nose had been fixed twice. Though she also made some remarks about ex-wife Kris Jenner, all is well these days as they appear to be good friends on her reality show.

Jenner's decision to come out of the closet has inspired many other transgender people to unveil themselves and be proud of the choices they made. Jenner's daughters, Kylie and Kendall, as well as Kris' children, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, and Rob Kardashian, are all supportive of the path she has decided to take.
