'Call of Duty: Black Ops 3' Update, Spoilers: Big Villain Revealed in Campaign Mode Ending

"Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" is certainly one of the most popular games out in the market today. The third installment in the franchise has not lessened fans' interest one bit, and with the story line being not only years but decades into the future, many have been making theories about who the big villain is. However, apparently, it seems that players don't have to wait too long to know who the big bad is in "Black Ops 3" as they will find out in the final mission of the campaign mode.

According to MoviePilot, the final mission in campaign mopde is entitled "Life." When players reach the point of this game, it becomes a set idea in their heads that John Taylor is the ultimate villain. However, it will be a big plot twist when Taylor is shot by none other than his comrade Hendricks. The player will be tasked to go on a hunt for Hendricks, alongside Kane. The mission's initial goal is to stop Hendricks from implementing his plan. The player will then be led to a building where he will face obstacles such as defeating robots and surviving the chemical, Nova 6, released by Hendricks. Kane will apparently be sacrifing her life to save the players, and at the end, a confrontation between the player and Hendricks will ultimately happen.

In this face-off, however, the player and Hendricks will not be alone, as the creator of the AI, Corvus, will also be there as Hendricks' hostage. Hendricks will try to kill him with the aim of ending everything, but the player will be able to shoot Hendricks. The biggest turn of events would happen when the player then shoots himself to prevent Corvus from controlling him.

Once the player is dead, he will be awake in the "Frozen Forest." In this place, Corvus is God-like, and the player will be going through a series of challenges to defeat him. During these obstacles, Hendricks, as well as Taylor, will also be making an appearance, once the player finally destroys the center of Corvus.

This is apparently not the end, as the final scene will lead to the player ultimately being alive. As he wakes up this time, however, Taylor and Corvus will also be there. The purge will then be triggered, which will cause Taylor and Corvus to slowly vanish and the player will be able to safely exit the building. Taylor's voice will be then be heard, "Listen only to the sound of my voice. Let your mind relax. Let your thoughts drift Let all your bad memories fade. Let peace be upon you. You are in control. Imagine yourself in a Frozen Forest."

It is after this part that it is further confirmed that Taylor is the main villain after all, because as the player exits and a soldier asks him his name, he will say "Taylor" even though it isn't.
