Casey Anthony's private journals could be made public in her next court trial.

Anthony has allegedly been keeping a journal since her arrest for the murder of her two-year-old daughter, Caylee. Information in the journal, according to Gonzalez's lawyers, could be relevant to the case.
Gonazalez is suing Anthony for defamation after she infamously used a name similar to Zenaida, when naming the nanny, who she claims was responsible for kidnapping her daughter. The entire story, including the name, was made up by Anthony. However, Gonzalez has claimed that her reputation was ruined by people believing that she was the nanny being accused in the kidnapping. She believes she has been defamed even though she had never even been associated with Anthony in the past. Now Anthony's journals, which may mention Zenaida's name, have come under question.
"Casey is going to be grilled by Zenaida's lawyers about her journals because they believe that Zenaida is mentioned in them and that is relevant information that the jury needs to hear," a source close to the situation has said, according to RadarOnline. "Zenaida's lawyers could ask that Casey's journals be admitted into evidence so the jury could read and review during jury deliberations. It's expected that Casey's attorneys are going to vehemently oppose that line of questioning and any action to get Casey's journals in front of the jury."
Some however, believe that Radar is paying Anthony herself, who is "full of lies," for the supposed "leaked" information.
"WHY is Radar paying casey anthony for these fake planted stories?" Stark3923 wrote on the publication's blog. "STOP it! they are all lies. kc is not fat. kc journal consist of jail house letters. give it up! kc lives in an altered fake reality. all lies."
"How much is Radar paying casey anthony for these so called leaks......where are the photos to back up your statements...STOP...she killed her child...and everyone except 12 stupid people know it," SunnyMO also said.
