Casey Anthony reported to her probation officer for the third time on Wednesday after she was sentenced to one year's probation for check fraud.

She is unemployed but still in compliance with her probation order, according to the Associated Press.

The Florida Department of Corrections would not reveal where Anthony is currently living due to fears her safety could be compromised.

In the monthly checkup, Anthony reported that she had completed the requirement to either take an educational course or a self-improvement program in the last month.

Anthony told her probation officer that she has not used drugs or alcohol. In her previous checkup, Anthony admitted drinking alcohol.

Earlier in the week, she took the Fifth Amendment roughly 60 times in the defamation trial of Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez, also known as "Zanny the Nanny."

Anthony claimed Fernandez-Gonzalez kidnapped her daughter Caylee. Anthony upheld the claim for three years until her attorney said the nanny never existed.

In July, Anthony was found not guilty in the murder of her 2-year old daughter Caylee. The case garnered national attention.

Caylee went missing in July 2008. Her remains were found five months later near her east Orange County home.

Casey Anthony did not report Caylee missing for 31 days.

In the following days after Anthony reported Caylee missing, she gave false statements to law enforcement and it was discovered that she had been partying in the days following her daughter’s disappearance.

On Tuesday, a report was released concerning Maine. The state is considering implementing a bill to protecting missing children. The bill will be decided upon in May and would make not reporting a missing child within 24 hours a felony.

Anthony's attorneys said that her daughter drowned in the family's pool.

Her probation is set to end in August 2012.
