'Castle' Season 7 News, Spoilers: Castle and Beckett Investigate the Death of A Late Night Show Creator
There's only about a week before the hit police procedural TV drama series "Castle" will say goodbye to its action and suspense-filled season 7. However, the show will once again take its avid viewers into another exciting episode, which according to spoiler reports, will involve the death of a late night show creator.
A synopsis for the penultimate episode entitled "Dead From New York" was posted on the Futon Critic where it mentions the death of a certain "powerful creator of a long-running sketch comedy show" named Sid Ross. This issue calls on the expertise of Castle (Nathan Fillion) and Beckett (Stana Katic).
In a report by International Business Times, they cited hints pointing out to guest star Jaleel White's character Mickey Frank as the prime suspect of the crime.
In a promo trailer posted on Zap2it, the comedy star, who has a tendency for outrageous and homicidal behavior, was shown smartly dodging the questions Castle and Beckett throw at him.
The summary meanwhile went on to indicate that as the partners delve deeper into Sid's life, they will uncover some shocking secrets on the world of "Saturday Night Tonight" which may lead them to some theories on how Sid's murder came to be.
The episode is also reported to feature the acts of pop singer Carly Rae Jepsen as a musical guest on the fictional late night show.
Meanwhile, fans have been wondering what's next for the upcoming season of the show.
Enstars indicated in their report that though cast member Fillion has already been signed on for Season 8, his co-star Katic still hasn't closed in the deal.
"It is not known if ABC would want to continue the show if Katic were to move on. The show is called Castle but part of the show's success has been in the relationship between Castle and Beckett," the site wrote.
For the meantime, "Castle" Season 7 airs Monday at 10 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
