Cee Lo, Muppets Team Up for Christmas (VIDEO)

Cee Lo Green and the Muppets have collaborated on a Christmas song "All I Need Is Love" along with a music video this year.

The clip reveals Green driving a convertible Rolls Royce. The singer arrived at the house belonging to Kermit the Frog after he lost his way to a holiday party in Atlanta. After being invited to the Christmas party there, famous puppets such as Animal and Miss Piggy appear.

"All I need is love for Christmas," sings Green during the 7-minute clip.

In the video just released on Monday, Santa Claus also attends the party as portrayed by "The Office" star Craig Robinson.

The Christmas-inspired video ends with Statler saying, "I think the Muppets hit a new low."

"Yeah, and his first name is Cee," Waldorf retorted.

On Twitter, Muppets fans as well as fans of Green have sounded off on the Christmas song.

"Cee Lo Green has made a song with The Muppets and it's phenomenal (and highly Christmassy)," wrote Empire magazine.

This made my life," wrote Michael. "Cee Lo Green and THE MUPPETS doing a Xmas song! Thanks for introducing me to this."

Bingham posted, "Cee-Lo Green, The Muppets, a Christmas song, and the chorus hook from Phenomenon. This is perfect."

Stuart added, "Muppets + CeeLo Green= Awesome holiday fun."

The music video arrives just weeks after a scandal involving the Sesame Street Workshop. Kevin Clash, the voice of Elmo, was accused of having a sexual relationship with underage boy. Although it was later confirmed that it was a consensual relationship and the boy was of age, he still resigned from the iconic children's television program last week.

Green has teamed up with the Muppets before during the 2011 Grammy Awards, where Gwyneth Paltrow also joined in.

"All I Need Is Love" is off of Green's Christmas album, "Cee Lo's Magic Moment."

The album also features artists including Christina Aguilera and Rod Stewart.
