Chad Ochocinco, Evelyn Lozada Invite Widow to Wedding After Prayer Requests on Twitter

Chad Ochocinco and Evelyn Lozada fans were able to experience their Independence Day wedding through the groom's updates on Twitter, but the couple allowed one fan to experience the ceremony live after the woman tweeted about the loss of her husband on the social networking website.

A follower of Ochocinco tweeted about the death of her husband of 30 years, which prompted the Miami Dolphins wideout to respond with an invitation to the wedding that will be televised on the reality television show "Ev and Ocho."

"I'm feeling pretty low today. Lost my hubby two weeks ago," Cheryl Minton, using the handle @Cheryl2958, tweeted to Ochocinco. "Together for 30 years. Very hard. Please pray for me. Thanks."

After reading the message, Ochocinco re-tweeted it and responded by inviting the woman to his wedding once he confirmed that she had a passport.

"Can you pack and come to the wedding," he asked before she confirmed that she could. "Check ya (SIC) DM...just start packing. Evelyn will make arrangements. See you tonight/early a.m."

Minton, whose biography states that she loves "animals, reality t.v. and MMA," expressed her love and appreciation to Ochocinco for extending the invitation.

"I'm flabbergasted," she told the NFL player. "I love you!"

The widow also tweeted her excitement to the reality television star and bride.

"I've been smiling all day. I'm very excited," Minton told Lozada. "Can't wait to see you get married. July 4th would have been my 30th anniversary."

Lozada responded to the woman by wishing her a safe trip.

"Safe travels my dear," she tweeted followed by a smiley face and "XOXO."

When a fan of Lozada's commended her for the good deed, the reality star explained her motivation.

"(I) hope it makes her smile," the "Basketball Wives" star said of the widow.

Fans of Ochocinco also recognized his good deed, and told him that he would be blessed for flying the woman out to witness his special day.

"That was very nice of you Chad," one fan tweeted the NFL player. "God will bless you."

The couple's wedding will be aired for all to see on their new VH1 reality series "Ev and Ocho" in September.
