Charlie Sheen News: HIV-Positive Actor Sued By Ex-Fianceé

Following news of Charlie Sheen's health condition, his former fianceé Scottine Ross filed a lawsuit on Thursday, accusing the "Anger Management" star of assault, battery, false imprisonment, and failure to inform her of his condition.

According to CNN, Ross filed her complaint in the Los Angeles Superior Court. Along with a total of $1 million for damages, Ross is also seeking Sheen's earnings from "Anger Management." The adult film actress known as Brett Rossi claims she has rights to Sheen's money that he earned before the show was canceled since they allegedly had an agreement to do so.

News first surfaced earlier last month about an actor being HIV-positive, resulting to a Hollywood scare that left some stars wondering if they have been infected with the virus. Finally, The National Enquirer (via Radar Online) revealed on Nov. 16, a day before Sheen appeared on NBC's "Today" show, that Sheen was the actor who has been in the hot seat for the past couple of weeks.

On the interview with "Today," Sheen revealed his health condition, saying he is receiving treatment, and while some people who knew of his struggles demanded money from him to keep their mouths shut, he has also received the support of his friends and family.

Ross' lawsuit doesn't come as a shock to the masses since she was reportedly in a relationship with the actor from November 2013 to 2014, which means she possibly could have been infected.

In the court documents, Ross claims that Sheen agreed to "pay her $10,000" to go to bed with him, and while they weren't supposedly entering a committed relationship, they somehow fell in love.

As the days passed, Ross says the Hollywood actor "became a different person" and became "violent and abusive," at one point even locking her up in a bathroom and pulled the trigger of an unloaded gun repeatedly at her face.

In defense of the "Platoon" actor, a statement from Sheen's attorney says, "Charlie Sheen intends to vigorously defend the lawsuit filed by Scottine Ross. We are confident that Mr. Sheen will prevail on his claims for affirmative relief against her."
