Chris Brown: 'I don't Like Being Alone'

Chris Brown recently revealed why he does not like to be alone.

"When I'm at my worst? Probably just when I'm alone," Brown revealed in a recent Hot 97 TV interview. "I don't like to be alone."

Brown, the 24-year-old singer-songwriter, spoke about how having people around him impacts him.

"I kind of like to have people around me then feed off people's energies and vibes," Brown told Hot 97. "So I'm probably at my worst when I'm just idle."

Still, the singer recently revealed that he was taking time out for himself as a single man.

Brown and his ex-girlfriend, 25-year-old model Karrueche Tran, have been spotted traveling together to multiple events after the singer's public split with on-and-off again singer Rihanna earlier this year. However, Brown recently let it be known that he and Tran are just friends.

"[Fans have] seen me on and off again with different girls, you know who they are, but right now, as a 24-year-old man, I just choose to be single," Brown told Hollywood Life last month.

Tran fueled speculation about a reconciliation between herself and Brown when they arrived at the BET Awards together last month. Last year, Brown released a statement about breaking things off with Tran to pursue a relationship with Rihanna and followed up with the release of "The Real Chris Brown" video admitting his love for two women.

However, the singer confirmed that he was not with Rihanna on the Power 106 Los Angeles radio station.

"Uh, no. That's the short answer," Brown replied when asked by a radio host if he and Rihanna were still together last March.

Still, Brown insists that he remains friends with both of his ex-girlfriends.

"I'm still good friends with them," Brown told Hollywood Life recently. "[Now] it's just me being focused with my music and doing this stuff. Right now, I'm in my prime."
