'Dance Moms' Season 7 Cast: Cheryl Burke Takes Over Final Four Episodes

A new dance pro will be taking over Abby Lee Miller's role in Lifetime's dance reality television series "Dance Moms." How will Cheryl Burke's arrival shift things around in the dance studio?

Burke rose to prominence on ABC's dance competition series "Dancing with the Stars" when she became the first female professional dancer to win in the show's sophomore season alongside former 98 Degrees singer Drew Lachey. She also won the following season with Emmitt Smith and became the first "Dancing with the Stars" pro to earn a back-to-back victory.

The 32-year-old professional dancer has reportedly begun filming for the series this week, just mere days after the former dance coach Miller quit and officially announced her departure from "Dance Moms" on Instagram.

Burke, too, has taken to Instagram to express her enthusiasm and commitment to her new role. In her first official post about her "Dance Moms" gig was an image of herself in a dance studio and captioned, "Do I like what I see? We got this. #winnersneverquit #dancemoms."

Her next post was an old photo of herself in a competition. In this, she shared how she grew up with "a tiger mom" and how this will give her the drive and know-how she needs to motivate her girls from within. She also said that all of them will be working hand in hand towards creativity and success.

Will Burke also be able to deal with the girls' moms as she gets more involved in the show?

Her latest Instagram post was that of the girls standing before the mirror in the dance studio aptly captioned, "Stronger together."

Burke will continue filming for the four remaining episodes of the current season. There is still no news on whether or not she will continue on in future episodes.

"Dance Moms" season 7 has been on hiatus since it aired its 14th episode on Tuesday, Feb. 21. No official return date has been set at this moment.
