'Dance Moms' Season 6 to bring in new dancers amidst rumors that it is a staged show.

There was more drama than dance in "Dance Moms" Season 5 and Season 6 is looking at rumors that "Dance Moms' is a staged show. Nevertheless, the popular show will dance on to the next season with new dancers joining in.

Executive Producer of the Lifetime "Dance Moms" franchise, Bryan Stinson, posted a call for audition on his Twitter handle at the end of June this year, calling for young dancers to join the upcoming 6th Season of "Dance Moms"

"If you are ready to take your kid's career to the next level and give them the fame that they deserve, MOMS, this is your opportunity. Producers are looking for DANCERS who feel they have what it takes to train and compete with Abby," the Audition call read.

Of the two who are most poised to exit are Nia Sioux Frazer and Maddie Ziegler.

"Dance Moms" Season 5 saw some huge drama in the Nationals Week. When Nia Frazier won against Kalani Hilliker, Abby Lee Miller, who had previously said the winner of the competition would be given a solo at the Nationals, did not keep her word and the Nationals solo went to Hilliker.

A fight broke over this and Nia's mom, Holly, charged Miller with favoring other dancers when it came to Nia. She said: "Somehow the rules change when Nia wins! Are you surprised? #Dance Moms @realniasioux."

Maddie Ziegler, Miller's star student is not too sure of joining Season 6. According to MTV, she says, "We just finished season five and I'm not sure what's going to happen for season six. I don't know if I'm going to do it or not, so it just depends."

After featuring in Singer Sia's "Chandelier", Maggie wants to pursue acting. "I particularly want more acting. I've been auditioning a lot and I definitely want to act. My favourite TV show is 'Pretty Little Liars' and I actually made a guest appearance on it. I didn't really have lines for my character but I definitely want to get more into those kinds of shows."

There are rumors that "Dance Moms" is a staged show. Maddie Ziegler herself said so in an interview with USA Today. She said, "It's hard to do a reality show when there's so much crying and drama," she says. "The producers set it up to make us all yell at each other. You know how I said that moms do fight? The moms have a fake fight sometimes. Afterward they just start talking and laugh about it."

Notwithstanding all these, fans are pretty much excited about the upcoming season.
