'Days of Our Lives' Spoilers: Sami Will Be on an Investigating Spree

It seems that Sami's (Alison Sweeney) brief return to Salem will be nothing but fruitful. Initially coming back feeling close to nothing in the first few days, her first agenda will be focused on making sure everything goes well with Will's funeral. However, according to Celebrity Dirty Laundry, her collected demeanor will quickly be broken as she starts to search for the truth.

Spoilers indicate that it won't be long before Sami will be taken over by anger due to the death of her son. This will also push her to not see things clearly and be momentarily blinded by the evidence pointing to Chad (Billy Flynn).

Soon Sami will be convinced that Chad is responsible and will do everything to make sure that Chad will get the punishment she thinks he deserves. This belief will warrant Chad a visit from Sami while he is in a coma, but it would be far from being friendly as Sami tries to smother Chad with a pillow.

Apparently, the only person that will stop Sami from making an erroneous deadly mistake would be Marlena (Deidre Hall), who will convince Sami of Chad's innocence.

Talking to Marlena will not only enlighten Sami about Chad but perhaps about EJ's (James Scott) death as well. Reports say that Sami will start to be convinced that EJ is not totally dead when her suspicion is triggered by a highlighted verse in a Bible given by a local priest. She also finds out that Marlena had nothing to do with the letter EJ has supposedly written before he died.

Rumors are going around about Sami finally confronting Stefano (Jospeh Mascolo) and Andre (Thaao Penghlis) about EJ. It is hoped that EJ is somehow still alive somewhere and that Sami may be able to reunite with him in some miraculous way. This would also certainly make tons of people happy, especially with how fans reacted positively to the brief on-screen reunion of Sweeney and Scott for a fan recently.
