On Feb.10, The GMA (Gospel Music Association), who produces the Dove Awards, will announce the nominees for this year’s Dove Awards during a press conference at The Gaylord Entertainment Center.

The ceremony for the 35th Annual Dove Awards will be held on April 28, 2004 at The Gaylord Entertainment Center.

Last year, Nicole Nordemam and The Crabb Family were among the many who garnered multiple awards. Pioneers and legendary music artists joined a stellar line-up of performers. The list included Amy Grant, Avalon, Michael W. Smith, Michael Tait, and Yolanda Adams.

According to the GMA website, The Dove Awards “recognizes achievement in all genres of gospel music”, from rock to praise and worship.

The Dove Awards is the culmination of the annual GMA week convention, which will be held at the Nashville Convention Center and Nashville Renaissance Hotel from April 24-28, 2004.
